Single Chamber Machine
The product to be packed is filled in the Nylon barrier or multi layer film based pouch and placed in the vacuum chamber. Once the lid is closed the vacuum pump, which is inbuilt in, the machine starts the process of vacumissing the total chamber in which the pouch filled with the product also gets vacuumised. The machines are to be provided with 2 inbuilt sealer, for higher productivity, gas flushing options are available, PLC based system, Fully stainless construction, bellow type sealing or pneumatic sealing depending upon the product application and brick type packaging moulds, castor wheels etc.

Double Chamber Machine
These model machines produce a higher output compared to the single chamber machine, as the loading can be done in one chamber when the other chamber is in operation, and the total system works with a single vacuum pump and power rating. The basic operations of product loading and packaging is similar to be single chamber machines. Optional features, which are available, are fully stainless steel construction, pneumatic sealing system or bellow type sealer, PLC based control panel, Brick type packaging moulds, castor wheels, deep vacuum chambers etc.

Open type machine
The filled pouch with the product is placed in the special nozzle provided in machine. The Pneumatically operated jaws close the pouch first, removes the vacuum and flushes with nitrogen. All operations are timer controlled in this machine. Different sealing system like impulse and continuous sealing can be provided.

Vertical T-Chamber Machine
These versatile and latest in technology machines are used for vacuum, multiple gas flushing and multiple cycle capability. A wide range of modes are available to pack powder or granular products in ranges of 5kgs to 50kgs. These machine make packaging simpler with the ease of placing the product with bag in vertical fashion. A PLC controlled system is provided in the machine for flexibility and reliability in the cycle or process control. Options of mild steel and fully stainless steel construction are available. The product after packaging takes a brick shape and can stacked, handled.
