Automatic L-Sealer is a state of art machine with international safety features for high productivity and minimal labour involvement in the packaging. The products to be packed have to placed on the in-feed conveyor, manually or can be connected to the production line. The film unwinding is a motorized system using fractional power geared motors. The sealing system is hot knife type used for high quality sealing and cutting of the film. The scrap re-winding is an in - built system and the latest of its kind. The machine is a PLC controlled with 2 programs, either photo eyes or timers to control length.
